Session Notes, Photos, and Audio Recordings
- Audio Files: Delivered via Proton Drive, a secure, end-to-end encrypted service. Files are available through a private link for 3 months and backed up on an encrypted hard drive (we only keep your most recent recording).
- Session Notes and Photos: Stored securely on our private devices. No one else has access.
Client Correspondence: All emails and contact records are stored in ProtonMail, our encrypted email service. This information is backed up on our personal devices and used only to manage your sessions and correspondence.
Website Analytics and Cookies: We use Independent Analytics on our blog, a cookie-free and privacy-friendly tool that doesn’t track personal data. Our web host, Hostinger, may automatically collect general, non-personal data like IP address, browser type, and location (country-level only). This helps us improve site performance, but the data is anonymous and not used to identify or track you.
Embedded content (videos, maps, social buttons) may use cookies. You can control these through your browser settings.
